As our Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our Zagreb operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows for our team of about 25 people. You'll handle administrative tasks, coordinate office logistics, support HR functions, manage financial aspects, and oversee social media in a fast-paced IT agency setting. This role is primarily on-site with occasional work-from-home days, allowing you to foster our collaborative atmosphere while adapting to flexible needs.

  • Manage daily office operations, including supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor relations to keep our cozy workspace running efficiently.
  • Coordinate team events, onboarding for new hires, and internal communications using tools like Slack or Google Workspace.

  • Manage procurement of office supplies, track costs and budgets, oversee billing processes, and maintain constant communication with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Handle social media management, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and collaboration with teams for brand consistency across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Handle administrative duties like calendar management, travel arrangements, and budget tracking for team fun and education initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data security protocols in line with GDPR and our agile environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve office processes, contributing to a relaxed and productive atmosphere.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion.
